"We buy" and "Consign with us" poster with a QR code

How sellers use a "We buy" QR poster

A "We buy" or "Consign with us" sign does its job before a seller ever walks in with a bag: it tells them what you take. The QR code opens a page with the rest — the brands and categories you want, the condition you expect, and when you buy.

With a free QR Tags account, the poster's page can also take requests: a seller scans the code, adds photos of what they'd like to sell and leaves a phone number or email, and you reply with an offer when it suits you. The poster you print here works right away; save it to a free account to start receiving those photos.

What to list on the sign

Keep the poster short and specific. "We buy vintage denim, leather jackets and designer bags" brings better offers than "We buy clothes". Name the categories you need most this season, and say what you don't take if it saves you a conversation.

Buy or consign?

Say which you offer. If you consign, mention the split and how long items stay on the floor; if you pay cash, say so — it's the first thing sellers want to know. A consignment sign that answers those questions gets fewer walk-ins with things you can't use.

Where to put it

By the door and next to the register, where shoppers who also sell will see it. A copy in the window reaches people outside opening hours.

What sellers see when they scan

The poster's page repeats your message in full and shows your store's name, address and hours, so a seller knows where to bring things and when. In a free account you can turn on the request form: sellers add up to five photos, a short description and an asking price if they have one, and you get an email you can answer from your phone. Nothing is promised until you reply, and you can switch the form off when your back room is full.
